2018 Teller Instructions for Accepting Pledge Sheets

For Pledge Sheet Processing Post-Run (September 17 to October 12)

Occasionally a Terry Fox Run participant takes his/her pledge sheets and money to one of the banks that accept TFR funds post-Run and will encounter a Customer Service Representative (CSR), or even branch manager, who is unaware of the relationship their bank has with TFF. The worse case scenario is that the participant is turned away; many ask the CSR to call us.  Find below the internal document or reference details to provide the CSR who call asking for instructions.
