Reason for Participating:

Many of us know someone who is a cancer victim, suffering from cancer, or has lost his/her life due to cancer. That person may be a family member or a friend. It could happen to any of us. Life is too short.

I've been running 6 km every morning for the last 2 years. So I thought: why not run for something. For at least once in my life, I'd like to contribute to a good cause: support The Terry Fox Foundation in its ongoing work to fund innovative and progressive cancer research programs. This is my first time participation in the annual Terry Fox Run, and I hope it won't be the last.
