Start a new event:

• National School Run Day: Encourage a school to hold a Terry Fox Run. 
• Terry Fox Run: If your community does not hold a Terry Fox Run, start one. (It is a fun and rewarding project, whether your are alone or with friends!)
• The Great Canadian Hair "Do"

Participate in an existing event:

• National School Run Day 
• Terry Fox Run
• The Great Canadian Hair "Do"

Donate: There are many ways to give.

Volunteer locally:

• Volunteer to help organize an existing Terry Fox Run
• Join the Terry Fox poster team
• Volunteer on Run day at an existing Terry Fox Run
• Volunteer at the Terry Fox provincial office
